Hello friends, family, loved ones, those who probably will not read this, and children of God! All is well here in Idaho! This week was a lot more interesting and more things to write about so woohoo!
Biggest news is the snow has fallen. I am not exaggerating. It has snowed everyone. That little white stuff that isn't rain, yeah that's it. So the snow didn't actually stick, but there were some huge snowflakes! It looked like we were in a snow globe! It was awesome!
This week was solid under 50 degrees all day. It froze a few nights, so the farmers are a little ticked. Other than the cold, people are still goin'! I'm freezing as well if you were curious. An Arizona boy doesn't know how to handle this snow stuff! I'll be okay though haha.
Funny story this week... We were doing service for our Ward Mission Leader pounding post holes. I was going HAM on a pole and it was pretty darn windy. Well brought the post hole pounder a LITTLE too high and it came off and dinked me right in the head haha. So if you look in the photo of us in service clothes, you'll see a little cut haha.
Well hopefully I can survive another week up here in good 'ol Idaho! I love the mission so much and I'm so happy here. Here's a quote I really liked this week...
"Life is like an equation. If we aren't liking the output, then change the input."
This is so true! Our lives are so dependent on what we put into them. If we are not studying and giving ourselves to the good of the Gospel everyday, our lives and the things we get out of it can't and won't be as good if we don't study them everyday! PLEASE read of your scriptures and learn from the word of God everyday. It really does bring so much peace into our lives and allows us to have a personal relationship with our Heavenly Father. He loves us! I KNOW He lives and is aware of our situations and our struggles.
