Almost died because it rained so much, offended our investigator that's on date to be baptized (long story), played ping pong against a robot (Hangouts me if you want the video), chatted with our mission President for a bit, asked our mission President if he wants to lose in ping pong and he said yes (we are playing at 3 today wish me luck), got a new phone case, had an awesome district meeting training given by a service missionary that comes out with the reservation elders sometimes, and called my mommy!!!!!!
This week flew by faster than you can say Dunder Mifflin Paper Company. We are teaching some people finally! We have a member who is a registered sex offender that has completely changed his life around that we go over a few times a week and teach. He is amazing. Reads everyday, prays often and loves the Gospel! He can't come to church yet because of what he did, but in the next few weeks he will be able to come!!! The less-active we're teaching, Tia, is doing great!!! She loves our lessons and listens super well. Our mission president even wants to come to our lesson this week! We are trying to use him as much as possible before he leaves us next month haha.
Something cool that happened... Our area is full of rich Mormons. Like a tonnnnnn. One member whose house is massive we knocked on, knowing who they really were, invited us in and talked about their son on a mission. His name is Conner Harding. Went to Highland High School in Pocatello. If you follow basketball you might know he's insanely good. He has a full ride scholarship to BYU this fall and this kid is a baller. We knew his parents lived in that house but we wanted to meet them anyways haha.
Well fam, friends and especially my beautiful mother!!!! I love you all so much. The Gospel is true. The Book of Mormon is true. God is real and loves you. Holy Hannah Montana please read it. I love that book with everything I have. Till next week my friends!!
