February 12, 2018

Well this week was an interesting one. So remember last week how we had that super dope sick nast lesson with that lady and her son and we put them on date to be baptized? Welllllllll we got a phone call from her saying she and her son need time to think and pray about it. Of course we were bummed, BUT the main thing is that they are taking it seriously and really want a confirmation that the church is true! We were kind of down for a bit, but we picked ourselves back up and went to work. This week was slow. Our investigators seem to be falling off of the face of the earth and we cannot find them anywhere.

So smartphones is going good! They are still pretty weird using one especially the texting part. We have to input all the paper records into our phones and they take forever, but it'll be a lot better when it's done!!!!!

So the weather here recently has been soo good. High 40s the past weeks (which is SUPER WARM for Idaho winters). BUUUUT today it all ended. It is snowing. A lot. Soooo RIP Elder Barazoto because we're walking.

Well my companion Elder Child will be receiving a new mission call this week, so send me your guesses! If you get it right, I'll send you a postcard with my (soon to be worth millions) signature :)

I love you all so much and want everyone who reads this to know that I know that God lives. He sent His Son Jesus Christ to the earth to sacrifice Himself for our sins and He was resurrected on the 3rd day. I know without a doubt that Joseph Smith was a prophet. He restored the Church of Jesus Christ onto the earth again by the power and authority of God. Please read the Book of Mormon. It will change your life, it has completely changed mine. I love my mission. It has changed the way I am, the way I think, the way I see other people, and mainly the way I see myself. I plead with everyone who is reading this right now to read the Book of Mormon and talk to the missionaries. It will be the best decision you will ever make.

Till next week!
