January 28, 2019

Wow. Wow. Wow. Such a GREAT WEEK!!!!!!! It started full with appointments and finding people. We found these 2 little kids who are about 10 and not baptized but come every week with one of the best member families. They both REALLY want to be baptized, but the dad wants them to learn a lot first. He initially told us that they had about 3 years each until they could be baptized, but we talked him out of it. So now we're teaching the both of them right after church on Sundays!

This week is transfer week and I am being transferred to old town Pocatello. I've only been in this area now for 1 transfer, so it's a little weird being transferred again but I'm excited to go learn! I'll be 2nd half training a new missionary from Layton, Utah. We'll be walking which is SO EXCITING. I loooove walking as a missionary. Easier to talk to people and find!!!! Whoop whoop.

Most people ask me how the weather is here, especially because it's the dead of winter. This year Idaho decided to skip winter. It's snowed a lot but it's basically all gone here in Pocatello. The only resemblance to winter is it's cold. Supa cold. Yesterday was almost 50 degrees so basically summer for this time of the year. I'm ok with it though haha. Wearing snow-boots isn't my favorite thing to do surprisingly???

Highlight of this week was Etta and Lily were baptized on Saturday. It was such an amazing service! They have changed SOOO so much. We are taking them to the temple tomorrow to do baptisms (and a quick Chick-fil-a run).

Love you all so much and I know this Gospel to be true. This week, everything about it is just real. God is real. Christ is real and is our Savior, Joseph Smith really was called by God to bring back Christ's original church that was lost due to disobedience, The Book of Mormon is scripture without a doubt!! It has changed my life and can change anyone who reads it. It's fool proof. It's ALWAYS worked for those that are willing...
