WHAT AN AMAZING WEEKEND. I was filled with the spirit throughout the entire conference and it constantly confirmed truth to me! The Gospel and the vehicle for it, the Church, just make sense. It is logical that an Apostasy occurred, that Priesthood authority was given to the apostles, that temples are being built, that the Book of Mormon is the most true book ever to written and published. I love that book and find so much joy in it as I read and FEAST from it daily.

Oh and I learned to play Magic the Gathering. It's not too nerdy so cut my some slack.

Our area is slowing down a teeny-bit, but with out car now we will be able to be in more members homes and teaching them more! We are excited!!!!! Tomorrow is my birthday and I can't think of a better way to spend my birthday than in the service of the Lord. I'm not much for presents or gifts and I love the chance to not focus on myself, but to serve OTHERS on a day that's supposed to be all about ourselves.  

I've had so many spiritual experiences this weekend. It is amazing how willing the Lord is to speak with us. I was praying in my closet because it was quiet, and I felt the spirit overcome me and comfort me. I felt the most peaceful feeling I have ever felt in my entire life. In a closet. In Pocatello Idaho. The Lord doesn't care as much about why you come out on a mission than why you stay. The reason I stay and re-commit myself DAILY is because of this experience. I know that God is not silent. He hears our prayers and answers them. Matthew 6:8,"for your Father knoweth what things ye have need of, before ye ask him."

God lives! Jesus Christ lives! They love you.
