March 26, 2019

Hello all. First off, shout out to McKenzee Cox on finishing her mission today. Woot woot! 18 months flies by.

The highlight of this week was Amanda's baptism and confirmation. President Southward performed the baptism and one of her fellow-shippers confirmed her. She instantly changed from the time she came out of the water. She was glowing!!! Earlier in that day we went to the temple in Idaho Falls to film the new mission video. We took 2 recent converts from the Assistants area. We interviewed them and it went great! It took about 5 hours or so. It was LONG but fun. It's awesome to use my talents to help with the Lord's work.

Today we are going to a recording studio of a guy we found last week. He's an ex-member, served a mission and everything. He loves us and he's a crazy good musician so we get along! We are recording "Come Come Ye Saints" or something. He's got a crazy nice set up. I haven't been in a recording studio since the Gilbert temple dedication.

I love this Gospel with all I have! Imagine what it would be like without the knowledge we have as Latter-day Saints of eternal families, living prophets, more scripture and truth about Jesus Christ, priesthood authority, temples, true repentance, and the Atonement of Jesus Christ. I've learned how willing God is to forgive and strengthen. I'm in awe at his mercy and grace he FREELY offers. We just need to ask. Do something good for someone else this week. Maybe even someone you don't like or find it hard to love. That's when mercy flows into our lives and saves us. I know service is incredible important for spiritual growth and healing...

Love you all! Here's some pictures.
